Nut Palace currently accepts orders for delivery to serviceable addresses within India. Serviceability, available delivery methods and applicable shipping charges are confirmed during checkout.
Order processing
Products are packed on demand. We aim to pack and hand confirmed orders to the delivery provider within 1 business day. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, during exceptional demand, or while payment or address verification is pending may take longer. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Shipping charges and serviceability
Any shipping charge, free-shipping benefit or delivery restriction applicable to your order will be shown before you place the order. Delivery depends on the PIN code, product availability and the serviceability of our delivery provider. We may contact you to correct an incomplete address or cancel and refund an order that cannot be delivered to the supplied location.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery window shown at checkout or in an order message is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment. Weather, public holidays, local restrictions, courier disruptions and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. Tracking details will be shared when supported by the selected delivery provider.
Receiving your order
Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Inspect the outer package and product seals promptly after delivery. If the parcel appears tampered with, severely damaged or contains an incorrect item, photograph the package and contact us within 48 hours in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Failed or refused delivery
If delivery fails because the address or phone number supplied is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after reasonable attempts, or a valid cash-on-delivery order is refused, we may recover actual forward and return shipping costs where permitted. Any remaining eligible prepaid amount will be handled under our Refund Policy.
