Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. You are responsible for supplying accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Products and food information
We take reasonable care to present product names, pack sizes, ingredients, allergens, prices and images accurately. Agricultural products may naturally vary in size, colour and appearance. Batch-specific information—including country of origin, packed-on date, best-before date and batch number—is stated on the physical pack and should be checked before consumption. Product images are for presentation and may not reproduce every natural variation.
Read the product page and physical label before use, especially if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Our facility handles tree nuts and other ingredients stated on product labels. Do not rely on the website as medical or nutritional advice.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and, unless clearly stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before the order is placed. Payment availability depends on the methods displayed at checkout. We do not claim a discount unless it is genuine and clearly identified.
Orders and acceptance
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; it does not require us to accept an order that cannot lawfully or practically be fulfilled. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an incorrect price caused by a clear technical error, an unserviceable address, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, unlawful use or another legitimate reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate an appropriate refund.
Shipping, cancellation and refunds
Shipping, delivery, cancellation, replacement and refund conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchasing. You must not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, misuse promotional offers, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use content in a misleading or unlawful way. Nut Palace branding, packaging artwork, photographs, copy and website content are owned by or licensed to Nut Palace and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, Nut Palace is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by misuse or improper storage after delivery, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for a product issue will be assessed using the order, product, batch and supporting evidence.
Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer forum or remedy available under applicable law. Please send grievances to contact@nutpalace.com with your name, contact details, order number and concern. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
Changes
We may update these terms for operational, legal or service changes. The terms displayed when your order is placed will apply to that order unless a mandatory legal requirement provides otherwise.
